Real-time adaptive brain control: Combining a BCI with DBS to treat Parkinson’s

On 17 July 2013, John Hewitt from Extreme Tech reported that the Brain Computer Interface (BCI) has combined with Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to treat Parkinson’s. The device was tested in eight patients and provided significant improvements over both continuous and random stimulation conditions. To read details from here
